A trial that lets you try the real thing. Your 60-day trial includes 10 recording hours, 25 GB storage, 100 GB delivery and the Essential tutor allowance in total for the trial. No card or automatic renewal. We agree continuation and invoice manually.
What counts as a token? Input includes the learner’s question, course excerpts, instructions and conversation context. Output includes the model’s response and any billable reasoning. These are separate allowances, not a promised number of chats. Your setup page shows usage and limits.
Prices in USD, excluding applicable taxes. Paid allowances cover a monthly service period; unused allowances do not roll over. Extra recording hours: $0.30/hour, agreed in advance. No surprise overages. New recordings or tutor requests pause at the relevant limit; contact us to extend an allowance.

What happens after 60 days?
There is no automatic charge. We contact your administrator to agree continuation and send an invoice. Without an active service period, new live classes, recordings and tutor requests stop. Existing resources remain accessible within the delivery allowance while we arrange continuation or export.
Can we keep using Zoom or Teams?
You can keep your other tools. This version records classes held in Classroom; importing Zoom or Teams recordings is not included.
Where does AI processing happen?
The application runs on our server in Germany and the database is in Frankfurt. When you enable AI, audio goes to Vercel AI Gateway for Gemini transcription; course excerpts and learner questions use the same gateway for the tutor and summaries. These providers may process outside the EU. We agree data-processing terms with your institution before using real learner data.
Does attendance certify learning or compliance?
No. Reports describe observed connection time and reviewed adjustments. Sending attendance to the gradebook is an explicit instructor action. The optional FUNDAE report format is not a compliance certification.
What does the installation kit install?
It contains configuration files and a step-by-step guide for the LTI 1.3 integration already built into Moodle and Canvas. It is not a PHP plugin. The administrator must still register their institution and complete the LMS connection.
Can we start with a large institution?
This early-access service is designed for small cohorts. The current trial supports one room per organization and a shared deployment capacity. For more simultaneous classes, larger groups or specific hosting requirements, arrange capacity with us before scheduling.
